1. Booking & Confirmation
- All catering bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
- The event date will be blocked only after receipt of the agreed advance amount.
- Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.
- Any increase in guest count is subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance payment: Minimum 30–50% at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
- Delayed payments may result in service delay or cancellation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation made 7 days before event: Partial refund (advance deduction may apply).
- Cancellation made within 3–5 days: Limited refund.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours: No refund.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days.
4. Delivery & Service
- We provide catering delivery within 5 hours (within 20 km radius from our location).
- Timely delivery depends on traffic, weather, and external conditions.
- Client must provide proper space, electricity, and water if on-site cooking or serving is required.
5. Food & Quality
- We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
- All food is 100% pure vegetarian.
- We are not responsible for food quality once it is handled improperly after delivery.
- Menu items are subject to seasonal availability.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for delays or service interruption due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Traffic disruptions
- Power failures
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details (venue, timing, guest count).
- Ensure venue access for staff and delivery vehicles.
- Inform us in advance about any special requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website including text, images, and branding belongs to Brahmin Caterers and may not be copied without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
